Are you hearing what I'm hearing?

We're still months away from the NFL offseason, but I keep thinking about something on the horizon.

I can’t be the only one thinking it, right?

As the 2025 NFL season comes toward its conclusion, the offseason looms. For bad teams, it’s a chance to reset. For free agents, it’s a chance to cash in. And for one of the best players in the world, it might be a chance to change the entire landscape of the sport.

I believe we’re months away from a Joe Burrow trade request that will shake up the entire NFL.

If you’ve missed the recent run of Burrow’s comments, well, take a listen. After last week’s cryptic comments suggesting or hinting at an early retirement, Burrow came out and admitted he’s thought about life playing for a team other than the Cincinnati Bengals.

If I were a Bengals fan, alarm bells would be going off. For the rest of us—outside of a select few teams, like Kansas City and Buffalo—opportunity could soon be knocking.

Yes, that includes the Eagles.
