I think that’s what’s happening with Kyle Schwarber’s career and how we talk about him.

As the Phillies slugger connected the 300th home run of his career last night in Colorado, it felt like a good time to do a check in on his numbers, where he currently is, and where his career his heading. Often, we talk about Schwarber in the context of his off-field impact (leadership) and legacy (winner), but diminish the all-time numbers he’s pacing to put up.
