How would Nick Sirianni handle this Eagles-Packers hypothetical?

In some ways, Nick Sirianni’s job is quite easy.

After all, most NFL head coaches would trade their roster for the one Sirianni has been gifted with.

But that doesn’t mean Sirianni won’t be tasked with critical in-game decisions in the postseason, likely starting this afternoon against the Green Bay Packers.

All week, one specific potential in-game decision has been bouncing around my head. It’s the classic “damned if you, damned if you don’t” call, and one that would have reaction weighed exceedingly heavily based on the result. Yet it is the process (and potential fallout) that fascinated me.
