There are plenty of traits that all great sports executives likely share.

Vision.

Emotional intelligence.

Getting along well with others, especially rivals in their industry.

Global thinking.

An ability to balance the present and the future.

But when it comes to Eagles vice president and general manager Howie Roseman, one particular trait is his greatest strength, and I’m not sure it’s one shared by many of his peers in the sport. It was on full display this weekend.
