My first take on NBA Draft lottery, Sixers, and the No. 3 pick

The Sixers got major lottery luck on Monday night. Now what they do with it will determine the next decade of basketball in Philadelphia.

Finally, something went right.

After a season that included (outside of Jared McCain’s initial emergence), nothing but bad vibes, bad luck and a dark cloud hanging over the future of team, hope re-emerged for the Sixers on Monday night.

Lottery luck arrived in the form of the No. 3 overall pick.

So, now what?

Here are my first takes on the pick, who I want, who I don’t, and the state of the new, flattened-out lottery.
