I came around on Nick Sirianni last year.

For all of us Sirianni doubters, what choice did we have? He guided the Eagles to a Super Bowl championship. The early-season shift to become a power running team with a top-tier defense set the stage for the most dominant Eagles season of all time.

Sirianni got his flowers, and a contract extension.

Case closed, debate over, right?

Not so fast.

While Sirianni is accomplished, he’s not perfect. In fact, his biggest flaw is continuing to hold back the Eagles from sustained excellence on the side of the ball in which he’s supposed to be an expert.
