The only thing that matters in Jalen Hurts-Tanner McKee debates
It's really not that complicated.

Here we go again.
The Eagles (quite clearly) have a quarterback problem. Over the last five weeks, Jalen Hurts has played like one of the 10 worst players at his position in the sport. It’s not arguable. If you don’t see it, you’re likely closing your eyes when the Eagles are on the field.
Now that we acknowledge that, the actual hard question arrives: What are they supposed to do about it—and is one of the options to actually sit Hurts down in favor of backup quarterback Tanner McKee?
Whenever this can of worms is opened, we tend to lose our collective mind. Words like “deserve” and “benefit of the doubt” and “salary cap” and “no-trade clause” all start flying around, usually without much real context.
But there is one major tipping point that needs to be the guiding light to any change the Eagles will (or won’t) make in the coming weeks.
