Your guess is as good as mine

With certain teams, at certain points of a season, you just know.

Effort will be there. There will be physicality, tough play, and a togetherness. Take a team like the Chicago Bears, the last team we saw the Eagles play against. In yesterday’s game in Green Bay, they looked like who they’ve become under new head coach Ben Johnson: Physical. Even in defeat, they beat the crap out of the Packers for three hours up front.

That goes the other way too. Bad teams often look defeated in early December, likely knowing the outcome before the game even begins. There’s a glossy-eyed look to some players, hoping for the best but anticipating the (very likely) worst.

As for the current version of the Eagles?
